From the early 1900s to the present, a lot of progress have been made for gender equality. However, stereotypes, unequal treatment at work and forms of physical and moral violence remain.<\/p>\n

In this long and difficult process companies and enterprises can make the difference by promoting female employment and supporting their professional growth. A positive and equality-based atmosphere must be created in each working environment.<\/p>\n

SEA Technology confirms its commitment to this issue not only today but every day.<\/p>\n
