As it approaches its fiftieth year in business, Sea Technology presents its 2023 General Brochure, featuring its entire range of solutions for professional cutting, core drilling and grinding.
An easy-to-use reference tool, divided into sections that allow dealers, hire companies and contractors to quickly find information and product sheets on the machines, tools and accessories they need. The 2023 edition includes several new products.
For core drilling, the new entry is SEADRILL 2000, designed for dry core drilling with dust extraction.
Equipped with a 2000 W motor and micro-percussion, it can core drill holes up to 205 mm in diameter, including in reinforced concrete, both freehand and on a drill stand. Its low weight and compact dimensions make any type of core drilling easy and safe.
Mounting SEADRILL 2000 on the SEASTAND 200 drill stand creates the new SEADRILL 200 ASP complete system, suitable for core drilling with dust extraction up to 205 mm in diameter.
Over the last two years, the floor saw range has grown with machines and grooving blades specifically designed for cutting micro-trenches on fibre-optic sites, which are now among the most popular on the market. The highlights of the 2023 Brochure, meanwhile, are the new SEAFLOOR 801E, 801 D and 1001 E/ES.
Designed for use on large surfaces, they allow the blade to be mounted on the left or right and provide cutting depths of 320 mm, 415 mm and 420 mm respectively.
The first and third models are fitted with an electric motor, while the second has a 3-cylinder Perkins Diesel engine, for the greatest possible freedom of choice.
Finally, a dedicated section covers the new range of high-frequency machines.
As many as 7 solutions – power cutters, core drills, chainsaws and track-guided wall saws – covering the most common requirements on site, to be paired with the SEACUT400HF6D frequency converter, which automatically modulates their power draw (from 3700 W on single-phase to 6500 W on three-phase).
This makes it possible to automatically handle power from 2.5 kW to 50 kW and to work even where power is supplied by an ordinary 3 kW domestic meter.
